If you require your VPS reinstalling, please log into the VPS control panel. From here you can choose to wipe and reinstall your VPS with the operating system of your choice. Please be aware that all of your existing data will be lost, so you may wish to back this up before requesting a reinstall.
If you are unable to get into your VPS and require data backing up, please let us know in a support ticket the location of the data you wish to be backed up, and we may be able to rescue it. We cannot promise to be able to do this, however.
