My VPS has crashed! How can I restart it?

If you are unable to get into your VPS, log into the member centre and click on My Services, then click the Details icon to the right of your VPS. You should then be able to use the options provided to restart your VPS.

In the unlikely event that you are unable to restart your VPS through the member centre, please submit a support ticket and we can reboot it for you. Do remember that it can take a few minutes to reboot a server, so if you select the Restart option and nothing happens for a moment, the server may still be starting up. If nothing happens after around 10 minutes, you may want to submit a support ticket.
