Due to new ICANN rules that came into force in January 2014, we are required to verify that the contact details associated with a domain ("WHOIS details") are accurate. As such, whenever a new e-mail address is entered as a contact address for a domain name registered with Zernebok Hosting (either as a new domain registration or as the modification of an existing domain's contact details), an e-mail will be sent out with a verification link that you must click. A reminder will be sent out after 7 and 14 days. If, after 15 days, the domain remains unverified, it will be suspended until verification is complete. Please note that this is an ICANN rule and we have no control over the suspension, and we cannot "force through" the verification.
This policy applies to the following domain extensions at present: .com, .net, .org, .biz, .info. .name, .xxx, .asia, .pro, .mobi, .tel. Other extensions are unaffected at this time.
Please note that you will only have to verify an e-mail address once, regardless of how many domains are using those contact details. You will continue to receive an annual reminder to ensure your WHOIS details are up-to-date; should your details change, please update them in the member centre.
