For our customers in the UK, you can now pay your invoices by Direct Debit. This is a safe, convenient manner where we will debit your account automatically for your active services, via our payment partner GoCardless. You are of course fully covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee, in the highly unlikely event of an error on our part. If you'd like to switch to Direct Debit payments, please submit a support ticket, or simply choose the Direct Debit option when you next receive an invoice from us.
We now also support the PayPal Express Checkout option, which will primarily be of benefit to our new customers, but will also be convenient for those who wish to use PayPal for credit card payments without signing up for a PayPal account directly. This enhances our standard PayPal offering, by streamlining the payment process and saving you from having to enter your contact details again and again.
We of course still support our other payment methods, including Google Wallet (formerly Google Checkout) and 2CheckOut for secure credit card payments, plus PayOffline, allowing you to pay in cash or by card at any UK Post Office or other PayZone outlets. If none of these methods are suitable for you, you can also send a direct bank transfer or pay by cheque (UK only).
