Dear customer,

This e-mail is to inform you of some upcoming downtime to our VPS service. A hard disk on one of our VPS servers has failed, and needs to be replaced. Please rest assured that your data is safe - we have a policy of hard drive redundancy to prevent major data loss in cases such as these, as well as off-site backups.

We have scheduled this maintenance for the 27th of June (a Saturday), at 23:00 GMT. You can check what time this is in your local timezone at http://tinyurl.com/vpsdown. Note that the server may be down for up to 90 minutes, although it is hoped that the replacement can be made within 30 minutes. Upon restoration of service, the server may be a little slower than usual due to the disk array resynchronising - rest assured that this will only be temporary.

My sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any queries about this, please submit a support ticket.

Regards,
